Pricing Terms
Deposit applies to total and is non-refundable. The deposit applies to each individual vehicle. If more than one vehicle is reserved and one or more of the vehicles are canceled, the deposit per vehicle is non-refundable and cannot be applied to the other vehicle(s) reserved.
All pricing is a flat rate, meaning that there are no charges for credit card fees, taxes, mileage, or number of stops when booking hourly (there is a charge per number of stops when booking point to point and airport transportation).
The only fee not included in the rate is gratuity for the driver as that is between the client and the driver.
Client must pay full/remaining balance 45 days prior to service date. Payment is non-refundable.
No cancelations within 45 days of the event.
No scheduling changes within 21 days of the event.*
*Subject to availability
All payments are non-refundable.
If LG Transportation LLC cancels the event, the client will receive a full refund.
If the full payment is not received 30 days prior to the event date, LG Transportation LLC reserves the right to cancel the client’s booking with LG Transportation LLC with no refund of prior payments in order to rebook the event with another client.
If the client cancels at least 24 hours before the event start time due to a Force Majeure*, they receive a credit to a future booking until the end of the current year. Subject to availability.
When applying the credit to future booking(s), the client must be aware that the rates are subject to change for future dates. Cannot be applied to Holidays unless willing to upgrade to Holiday Rates.
*Force Majeure: unforeseeable cause reasonably beyond the control of the terminating party. Such causes include, fire; flood or explosion; acts of war declared, acts of terrorism or other violence, making it impossible, illegal, or otherwise inadvisable to provide the services or to hold the event.
If the payment time/contract finishes before all guests are transported to the final location(s), then LG Transportation LLC has the right to charge the client’s card on file every hour per the hourly rate until transportation is complete.
Point to Point ONLY
If clients are not ready for pickup within 15 Minutes of the scheduled pickup time, then they will be charged the hourly rate pertaining to the vehicle type and day of the week.*
* If there are other trips scheduled with LG Transportation and waiting for the current clients will affect other bookings, the driver will leave if the clients are not ready within the 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.
The vehicle and driver do not stay on premises in between trips and NO personal belongings may be left in the vehicle.
$25 fee for every stop <10 minutes long.
$50 fee for every stop 10-30 minutes long.
$75 fee for every stop >30 minutes and charged every 30 minutes afterwards.
Airports ONLY
Departures: If clients are not ready for pickup within 15 Minutes of the scheduled pickup time, then they will be charged the hourly rate pertaining to the vehicle type and day of the week.
Arrivals: If clients are not ready for pickup within 15 Minutes of the scheduled pickup time, then an additional $30 fee will be charged to the client’s credit card on file every hour until the clients are ready to be picked up.* This is to cover the driver’s pay and idling fuel costs.
* If there are other trips scheduled with LG Transportation and waiting for the current clients will affect other bookings, the driver will leave if the clients are not ready within the 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.
Arrivals: LG Transportation LLC will track the flight via the flight number provided by the client. If the flight is delayed, LG Transportation LLC will adjust the pickup time accordingly, subject to availability. If there is no availability due to a flight delay, LG Transportation LLC will contact the client and the client will have a credit to a future airport trip within the current year of the reservation or will receive a full refund for the trip that cannot be accommodated.
If the client cancels an airport trip at least 24 hours before the pickup time, they will receive a credit to a future booking within the current year of the booking. If the trip is canceled a second time, the credit cannot be transferred again and will be non-refundable.
There is an additional fee for pets in carriers. Pets must be in carriers in the back of the vehicle throughout transport.

Contract Terms
A specific vehicle may be reserved, however is not guaranteed due to outside factors. If the reserved vehicle is no longer available, it will be replaced with a vehicle of equal or higher value and guest seating amount.
All pictures and videos taken by LG Transportation LLC staff and independent contractors are property of LG Transportation LLC and may be used for marketing purposes.
LG Transportation LLC hereby guarantees that the vehicle being used for the services listed above is in good condition, and meets reasonable client expectations. Additionally, the vehicle has been maintained according to manufacturer specifications, and can be reasonably expected to be safe and reliable. However, LG Transportation LLC cannot make any guarantee regarding unforeseen breakdowns or defects during the vehicle service period.
LG Transportation LLC takes upon itself the responsibility of holding and guaranteeing full coverage auto liability insurance.
LG Transportation LLC assumes responsibility for providing a suitable vehicle staffed by a competent driver for the day and hours listed in this contract. LG Transportation LLC will not be held liable for delays or cancellations of transportation services due to weather or other unforeseeable events.
The client and up to authorized guest number shall be allowed to occupy the above listed vehicle as passengers on the day and hours listed in this contract. All passengers will comply with the following rules at all times during the transportation service:
- No interfering with the driver’s safe operation of the vehicle
- No acts of neglect or vandalism which could cause damage to the limousine or any individual
- No consumption of illegal drugs
- No smoking
- No alcohol allowed on board Mercedes Sprinter party buses, shuttles or limos if any passengers are under the age of 21
- No alcohol allowed in any car service vehicles
- No food
- The driver has the right and responsibility to end transportation early, regardless of time period booked, and return guests to pick-up location immediately if any or all guests become “black out drunk”, “incoherent”, etc due to alcohol overindulgence. This is to ensure both guest and driver safety.
- If you are booking a vehicle for minors, there must be a chaperone of 21 years of age or older on board at all times.
LG Transportation LLC staff or independent contractors will issue a verbal warning if any of the rules are being broken. If the incorrect behavior persists after two warnings, then LG Transportation LLC reserves the right to immediately cease transportation services until behavior is corrected.
The client agrees to pay for any damages stemming from their actions or the actions of their guests including, but not limited to ripped or stained upholstery, broken glass, vomit, or damaged panels on the interior or exterior of the limousine. The damage fees begin at, and may exceed $200. A $400 fee may be assessed to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning due to smoking. De-smoking requires a vehicle be taken out of service for up to 24-hours so it can be cleaned with a natural deodorizer and an oxidation process.These charges will be applied to the client’s credit card on file with LG Transportation LLC.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold LG Transportation LLC harmless against any and all claims of liability or damages stemming from LG Transportation LLC providing transportation services pursuant to the terms of this contract.
Should the client breach this contract at any time, LG Transportation LLC reserves the right to immediately cancel or cease providing transportation services without notice and shall be fully entitled to reimbursement of any reasonable, direct, out-of-pocket legal fees incurred in upholding this contract, which may include setting such fees off against any refund owed the client.
This transportation service contract shall be upheld and enforced according to the laws of Wisconsin. Any disputes or legal proceedings related to this contract shall be filed in a court located in Wisconsin.
These terms may be updated at LG Transportation LLC discretion.
